Mom's Dr. recommended that she change to Biolyte. We did and we finally found an electrolyte that Mom actually likes to drink. Now we are Only using Biolyte as our daily electrolytes. It has really helped her energy. BTW, Mom is 90-yrs young, she exercises at the YMCA 3 days a week, and works in het flower garden at least 2 days a week. And she has metastatic cancer in her spine. Thank you Biolyte for giving my Mom a better quality of life in her later years.
