Refund policy

If you have not had the chance to try the IV in a bottle and don't know where to start, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack so you can try each of our flavors. BIOLYTE is best enjoyed cold, so make sure to stick a few bottles in the fridge when your order arrives! 

 

We only offer refunds on online orders that were damaged or shipped incorrectly. If you need to request a refund or report an issue, please email customer.service@drinkbiolyte.com.
