Eligibility:
a. The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
b. Participants must be residents of the country where BIOLYTE products are available.
c. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of BIOLYTE and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period:
a. The contest begins on June 8, 2023 at 10:00am EST and ends on July 31, 2023 at 11:59pm EST.
b. Entries received after the contest period will not be considered.
How to Enter:
a. Participants must have an active account on one of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or Instagram.
b. To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the contest period:
i. Follow the official BIOLYTE account on the chosen social media platform.
ii. Post on chosen social media platform using the hashtag #LYTEItUp and tagging @drinkbiolyte
c. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Winner Selection:
a. Five winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
b. The winners will be notified through a direct message on the social media platform they used to enter within 10 of the contest closing date.
c. If a winner does not respond within 5 days after the notification, an alternative winner may be selected.
Prize:
a. Each of the five winners will receive a one-year supply of BIOLYTE products, which includes 1 case of BIOLYTE per month for 12 months. Winners can choose the flavor they want to receive each month. Any flavor changes must be submitted by the 25th of the month prior.
b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
c. Winners will be required to provide a valid shipping address to receive the prize.
Publicity:
a. By participating in the contest, participants grant BIOLYTE the right to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes without further compensation.
General Conditions:
a. BIOLYTE reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the contest rules or tampering with the entry process.
b. BIOLYTE is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays that may occur during the contest.
c. BIOLYTE reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary or required by law.
