I started drinking these drinks when I saw them at QT. I knew right away that they were serious about hydration because you could taste it. The drinks are slightly on the salty side, but you get accustomed to them. I drink one every day. I have kidney issues so being hydrated is necessary. These are one of the few drinks that I can actually feel making a difference in my body and when I don’t take them, my body feels crampy. We decided to get a subscription so that we could save money in the long run because we were buying them every day from the gas station. Highly recommend the berry flavor.

Absolutely Fabulous! I love this drink and the Lemon Lime is my favorite. This is my go to when I feel dehydrated, sick or after being outside in the hot sun. I now just order the go sticks for added convenience!

I love the convenience of these Biolyte Lemon Honey “On the Go” sticks and I carry some of them In my golf bag to add to the water in my 24 oz travel thermos bottle that I always have with me for my frequent rounds of golf.
I also use these Biolyte sticks in my water bottle that I keep on stage with me when I’m playing with my band. This is great insurance against dehydration when playing under the hot stage lights, as well as for keeping my mouth, throat and vocal chords hydrated so that my vocal performances are not affected during our gigs.
