Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM the BIOLYTE team has a company-wide meeting called the Hydration Huddle 

• ask team members to give shoutouts to other team members that really went above and beyond their job description to help each other out 
• go through high-level headlines from each department 
• go through each team member’s top goal of the week and if they are stuck anywhere 
• provide an inspiring review or testimonial from one of our amazing LYTERS grounding all of us to WHY our work at BIOLYTE is so important 

At the end of this week’s Huddle, Kelly Harrah, our Director of Logistics , said that we were going to be getting a ton of trucks in on Thursday and if anyone would be willing to help out our mighty team of three in the back, they would greatly appreciate it!

This Thursday, everyone from Finance  to Marketing  rolled up in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes make sure that, if extra hands were needed, they would be there.

One of our Core Values at BIOLYTE is Family  and that means team work makes the dream work. No job is too big or too small for us at BIOLYTE. IT CAN’T BE. We are a team of 20 with customers all over the country! If you don’t have that mindset, peace and blessings.
